What we keep
Your email address and first name, your birth date, your chats and whatever the crew remember about you, and a record of any laminate you buy. No payment card is requested.
Why
The chat needs it to work, the crew need it to know you, the site needs it to stay safe and the box office needs it to confirm a payment. Messages are screened against the bus rules. Nothing you write is sold on.
Your choices
You can read or edit what a crew member remembers, clear a chat, take a copy of it, or have the account wiped on request to the tour office.
Cookies
A cookie keeps your pass on your lanyard between pages, and a couple of display settings stay on your device. Nothing follows you off the bus.
